The loading and unloading table are equipped with Universal wheels, ensuring the smooth movement of glass sheets. Using universal wheels, operators can effortlessly maneuver the tables. This ensures efficient handling of glass materials and contributes to the overall productivity of the tempering furnace operation.

The top is the furnace body of the radiation furnace, and the bottom is the furnace body of the convection furnace(low-e glass)

Package details:In containers. To be packed in standard export packing-suitable for long distance shipping.
Glass tempering furnace will be packed separately and it will be assembled together at customer's factory.

1. How to install the machine?
We will dismantle the machine into small sections to enable load into containers.We will send engineers to your factory for installation.Or we introduce engineers from other countries to assistant the machine installation.

2. Is it difficult to operate the machine?
We will set receipts for different glass on the control system.It can select the receipts for different thickness, type of glass process and do mirror adjustment based on glass size, quality.

3. Our voltage is 400V/440V/600v, can you do it?
Yes, we can make machines based on customers requirement.

4. lf machine cannot work, how can I get assistant?
You can contact our sales manager to get service. We will reply ASAP, most of time within 12 hours

5. What is the payment terms?
30% of total as down payment 70% of total paid before delivery
