SH-A2030 Series horizontal roller glass tempering furnace used to make flat tempering of architecture glass, furniture glass, appliance glass, shower room glass, door and windows etc.

Glass Tempering Processing 

Put fine-edging and clean glass on the loading table, rubber coating rollers will transmit glass into heating furnace, glass is heated to be soft status by 600-700 degrees temperature, ceramic roller will transmit glass into flat tempering section, glass is tempered and cooling by air from blower via air path, steel roller will transmit glass to unloading table, tempering glass is
finished.

We will dismantle the machine into small sections to enable load into containers.We will send engineers to your factory for installation.Or we introduce engineers from other countries to assistant the machine installation.

We will set receipts for different glass on the control system.It can select the receipts for different thickness, type of glass process and do mirror adjustment based on glass size, quality.
