Product description

Forced-convection tempering furnace is a new generation tempering machine to temper flat glass. This machine has some advantages like reasonable technical technology, powerful software function of system control, high reliability, superior insulation function, low production consume, automatic control by computer, and high capacity etc. Especially for high-grade glass products, such as Low-e glass and coated glass.
FA3060 series horizontal roller glass tempering furnace mainly used to make flat tempering of low-e glass, architecture glass, furniture glass, appliance glass, shower room glass etc.

Direction for use
Put fine-edging and clean glass on the loading table, rubber coating rollers will transmit glass into heating furnace, glass is heated to be soft status by 600-700 degrees temperature, ceramic roller will transmit glass into flat tempering section, glass is tempered and cooling by air from blower via air path, steel roller will transmit glass to unloading table, tempering glass is finished.

Application effect
After tempered glass, even if falling from a high place will not cause great damage to people. When glass falls from a high place, it breaks into pieces, without the sharp edges that will hurt you. Easttec has high requirements about the finished tempering glass.

Loading section
Loading section is consisted of compound steel struction frame, transmission system, photo-electric switch and universal ball elevating table etc..
Drive motor of loading section is drove by inverter, transporting the fixed glass sheet to the photoelectric sensor of front door of the heating section and ready for enter the furnace. 
Encoder will exactly measure and record the total length of the glass. Moving distance of loaded glass sheets can be changeable through man-computer interface according to glass size. 
Universal ball frame with pneumatic actuator will be manual controlled elevating, which is suitable for bigger size glass sheets loading. The transmission shaft near the furnace inlet is wrapped with a refractory rope to protect the glass and reduce losses.

2. Automatic distance adjustment of quenching section on computer. Two separate lifting motor are responsible for upper air palisade and bottom air palisade.

3. Auto-heating software can help customers to save production time and make perfect production plan. Customers can check the operation data via mobile link software and set the specific auto-heating time, on one hand to avoid error operation data, on the other hand, to save the preparing time before production. (Premise is that there is wifi in the workshop)
