Product Description

FA1525 series  horizontal roller glass tempering furnace mainly used to make flat tempering of low-e glass, architecture glass, furniture glass, appliance glass, shower room glass etc.

Glass Tempering Processing

Put fine-edging and clean glass on the loading table, rubber coating rollers will transmit glass into heating furnace, glass is heated to be soft status by 600-700 degrees temperature ,ceramic roller will transmit glass into flat tempering section, glass is tempered and cooling by air from blower via air path, steel roller will transmit glass to unloading table, tempering glass is finished.

How to install the machine?	We will dismantle the machine into small sections to enable load into containers. We will send engineers to your factory for installation; Or if we can not send engineer due to Covid-19 or other issue,we will guide your engineer how to install it. Or we introduce engineers from other countries to assistant the machine installation.
Is it difficult to operate the machine?	Will set receipts for different glass on the control system. Can select the receipts for fifferent thickness, type of glass process and do mirror adjustment based on glasss size, quality.
Our voltage is 400V/440V/600V, can you do it?	Yes, we can make machines based on customers' requirement.
If machine cannot work, how can I get assistant?	You can contact our sales manager to get service. We will reply ASAP, most of time within 12 hours.
